RESOLUTION NO. 77R -316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2863 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC76 -217 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance
No. 2863 on October 27, 1976, by Resolution No. PC76 -217,
for a period of three (3) months and subject to certain
conditions; and
WHEREAS, said conditions of operation have not
been complied with; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended
that said Variance No. 2863 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council that Variance No. 2863 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. PC76 -217 be declared
null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 3rd day of May, 1977.
