90-199 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-199
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING THE PARK IN
LIEU FEES FOR THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance
establishing a park and recreation land or In Lieu Fees formula
for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the following fees to be charged are reasonable
and do not exceed the actual cost of acquisition and development
of the City's parks; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the average cost of park development is One Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($115,000) per acre and the average cost of park
land acquisition is Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Dollars
($494,000) per acre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fee to be paid
for the development of residential property for parks and
recreational purposes shall be:
1. Single Family Unit $4,019.40
2. Condominium Family Unit $2,959.74
3. Multiple Family Unit $2,705.96
4. Mobile Home Family Unit $2,070.60
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of June, 1990.
