1977-310WHEREAS, Section 2156 of the Streets and Highways Code
provides that every City shall periodically submit to the Depart-
ment of Transportation a Section 2156 Report; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted to the Council
a Section 2156 Report; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds the information provided in
the Section 2156 Report to be in conformance with instructions pro-
vided by the Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the Section 2156 Report as
submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that a copy of the
report be transmitted to the Department of Transportation on or be-
fore May 1, 1977.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed /may me
