1977-302A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING HEALTH SERVICES FEES
TO BE PAID BY OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF PREMISES
REQUIRED TO BE INSPECTED BY THE COUNTY HEALTH
OFFICER PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 4.29 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has adopted an ordinance regulating sauna baths, massage
parlor establishments and similar businesses; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance authorizes the City
Council to establish a Health Services Fee by resolution;
and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of
the City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees
by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide annual
fees for the cost and inspection of sauna baths, massage
parlor establishments and similar businesses located in the
City of Anaheim by the County Health Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the following Health Services
Fees will be levied by the City of Anaheim, and shall be
collected by the Orange County Health Officer and retained
by Orange County as payment for the services rendered:
