A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DESIGNATING THE COMMUNITY CENTER
AUTHORITY AS AN AGENCY WHICH IS REQUIRED TO
ADOPT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE AND ESTAB-
LISHING MAY 17, 1977, AS THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974,
and Opinion Request No. 77 -005, from the State of California Fair
Political Practice Commission, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim is required to establish and designate the date, time and
place required by the Community Center Authority to adopt a Conflict
of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, said Political Reform Act of 1974 requires the
City Council to establish a date, time and place for a public hear-
ing of said Conflict of Interest Code for the Community Center
Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does herewith designate May 17, 1977, as the
date, time as 3.:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be
heard and the City Council Chambers in the City Hall as the place
and the Community Center Authority, a joint powers agency, as the
agency which must adopt a Conflict of Interest Code in accordance
with the Political Reform Act of 1974 and Opinion Request No. 77 -005
of the State of California Fair Political Practices Commission.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
