A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2893 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. PC77 -5 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance No.
2893 on January 3, 1977, by Resolution No. PC77 -5; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
said Variance No. 2893 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2893 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. PC77 -5 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of April, 1977.
