RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TRES COMPUTER SYSTEMS,
INC. FOR CUSTOMER INFORMATION SYSTEM MAINTEN-
ANCE SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE
MENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and TRES Computer System,
Inc. entered into an Agreement dated June 17, 1975, providing for
the design, development and implementation of a Customer Informa-
tion System; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement is now completed and the Customer
Information System is an operational system; and
WHEREAS, TRES Computer Systems, Inc. is well qualified in
Customer Information Systems and possesses experience and intimate
knowledge in the City of Anaheim's Customer Information System; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim now desires TRES Computer
Systems, Inc. to provide for certain emergency maintenance and
services; and
WHEREAS, the rendering of such services will involve the
performance of professional, scientific, expert or technical ser-
vices of a temporary and occasional character.
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared whereby TRES
Computer Systems, Inc. will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this
of April 1977.
