A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO
INCREASE THE ALLOCATION WITHIN THE ARTERIAL
HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM FOR THE SUNKIST
STREET STREET IMPROVEMENT, A.H.F.P. 718.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to improve
Sunkist Street from Lincoln Avenue to South Street; and
WHEREAS, Sunkist Street is an important
artery in the County of Orange and of general County
interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an additional
allocation of County Arterial Highway Funds in the amount
of $10,339.69 is necessary to proceed with said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim hereby requests the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Orange to increase the alloca-
tion to said City from County Funds by the amount of
$10,339.69 said amount to be matched by funds from said
City, to be used to aid said City in the improvement of
Sunkist Street from Lincoln Avenue to South Street.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 19th day of April 1977.
