1977-257WHEREAS, on February 15, 1977, the City Council did, by
Resolution No. 77R -94, deny Variance No. 2881; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did request and receive a rehear-
ing on said zone variance application on April 12, 1977; and
WHEREAS, at said rehearing, new evidence, both oral and
written, was received; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after consideration
of all evidence offered at said rehearing that Variance No. 2881
should be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 77R -94 is hereby reaffirmed and
that Variance No. 2881 be, and the same is hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of April, 1977.
