A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A CER-
TAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, on February 15, 1977, the City Council did, by
Resolution No. 77R-93 deny Zoning Reclassification No. 76-77-27;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant did reauest and receive a rehear-
ing on said zoning reclassification application on April 12, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, at said rehearing, new evidence, both oral and
written, was received; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after consideration
of all evidence offered at said rehearing that Zoning Reclassifica-
tion No. 76-77-27 should be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 77R-93 is hereby reaffirmed
and that Zoning Reclassification No. 76-77-27 be, and the same is
hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of April, 1977.
