1977-246A RESOLUTIO3 OF THE CITY COUToCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A DRAINAGE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
(Classic Development Corporation)
WHEREAS, Classic Development Corporation has been required
to install drainage facilities as a condition of approval of Tracts
7731, 7732 and 7733; and
WHEREAS, said facilities will benefit other properties in
the area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the City
will reimburse Classic Development Corporation for such benefit;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 12th
of April 1977.
