RESOLUTION NO. 77R -242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1570 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC75 -217
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1570 on October 29, 1975, by Resolution No. PC75 -217;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1570 be, and the same is hereby, termina-
ted and that Resolution No. PC75 -217 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of April, 1977.
