A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS I'1
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2705 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION 110. PC75 -124 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted
Variance No. 2705 on June 9, 1975, by Resolution No.
PC75 -124; and
WHEREAS, said Variance No. 2705 was granted for
a period of one (1) year only; and
WHEREAS, said Variance No. 2705 was subsequently
extended by action of the City Planning Commission, said
extension of time to expire March 4, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an additional
extension of time for Variance No. 2705; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has failed to comply with
all of the conditions of approval imposed by Resolution
No. PC75 -124.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Variance No. 2705 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. PC75 -124 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sine by
me this 5th day of April 1977.
