RESOLUTION NO. 77R -689
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING WAGE RATES FOR FIRE ENGINEER
AND FIRE FIGHTER PARAMEDIC EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 14, 1977.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has entered into a Memorandum
of Understanding with the Anaheim Fire Association dated the 17th
day of October, 1975; and
WHEREAS, subsequently thereto the City of Anaheim entered into
a Letter of Understanding with the Anaheim Fire Association amending
the Memorandum of Understanding to provide for the salary and wages
of Fire Engineer and Fire Fighter- Paramedic; and
WHEREAS, the City did agree to make those wage adjustments
effective October 14, 1977; and
WHEREAS, said Memorandum and Letter of Understanding have
WHEREAS, it is, therefore, necessary by this Resolution to
establish the wages of these two employee classifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the classifications of Fire Engineer and Fire Fighter
Paramedic shall be paid at a rate of ten percent (10 more than the
classification of Fire Fighter effective October 14, 1977.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of
October 1977.
