Authority have heretofore, bv agreement which became effective
April 1, 1975, established certain City of Anaheim-Anafleim Housing
Authority relationshiP; and.

of that relationshin; and
.11 1REAS, an ar,rreement entitled "Agreement for D.clii,,burse-
ment of Costs" (hereinafter Agreement) has been ;Prepared which
Agreement modifies the relationship between the City of 21naheiJ:,
and the Anaheim :lousing Authority and nroviCes :or certain rei0-
bursements; and
vILEREAS, the terns and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOT, ThYREFORE, BE I? RSOLVED that the terms an( condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby aoproved and acceptc;:.
BH IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the llayor an. City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized. and directed to e:ecute sair:, Agree-
ment on behalf of the Citv of Anaheim.
