A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APP:?OVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to establish certain
relationships between the Authority and the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Reimburse-
ment of Costs" (hereinafter Agreement) has been prepared which
establishes the relationship between the City and Authority and
provides for certain reimbursements; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approves. and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to e; :ecute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sig=ned by me
this 18th day of October 1977.
