A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R -212
RELATING TO VARIANCE NO. 2685 BY MODIFYING
CERTAIN CONDITIONS THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 75R -212 approving Variance No.
2685, subject to certain conditions specified therein; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received to amend certain
conditions of approval of said Resolution No. 75R -212; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has heretofore
submitted its report and recommendation to the City Council re-
lating to said proposal; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said report and recommendation
from the Planning Commission, the City Council did set and hold a
public hearing in the manner and form provided in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code for the purpose of considering said propo-
sal; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
said Resolution No. 75R -212 should be amended in the manner here-
inafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 75R -212 be, and the same
is hereby, amended by deleting Condition No. 10 therefrom, and
amending Condition No. 7 thereof to read as follows:
"7. That a perpetual easement agreement for a strip
of land 20 feet wide for access purposes across the
parcel to the east of subject property to Parcel "B"
shall be submitted to and approved by the City
Attorney's Office and then be filed and recorded in
the office of the Orange County Recorder concurrently
with the parcel map."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as specifically
amended hereinabove, said Resolution No. 75R -212 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of October,
1977.
