1977-668WHEREAS, Title 18, Chapter 18.04, Section
18.04.080.030 provides that the amount of front -foot
street lighting facilities fees for abutting dedicated
streets or highways shall be specified by the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
desires to establish said fees.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said fees shall be as follows:
$3.50 per front foot for overhead street
lighting installations of street lighting
units on wood poles.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day
of October 1977.
