A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEiviENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND ANAHEIM SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION PE REIBURSEMENT OF COSTS
FOR SPECIAL WATER FACILITIES, AND AUTHORIZING
THE rAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MENT. (Tract 9933)
WHEREAS, Anaheim Savings and Loan Association has applied
to the City for water facilities to serve Tract 9933; and
WHEREAS, the City is unable to furnish water to said Tract
in the absence of special facilities as defined pursuant to Rule No.
15 of the Water Rules of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Anaheim Savings and. Loan Association is willing
to pay the City its share of prior advances pursuant to said Rule
No. 15 and the City is willing to attempt to collect from the ulti-
mate users of said special facilities, and/or persons within the
Special Facilities District No. 1, the fees necessary to reimburse
Anaheim Savings and Loan Association towards the cost of said
special facilities; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to and in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement be-
tween the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Savings and Loan Association
in connection with the reimbursewent of costs for special water
facilities be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of October
1977.
