A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AF2NDINC RESOLUTION NO. 77R-95, NUNC
PRO TUC, BY CORRECTING AN ERRONEOUS ZONING R
CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED.
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February, 1977, the City
Council passe& Resolution No. 772-95 and through inadvertence
and clerical error, there was an erroneous zoning reclassifica-
tion on the property; and
WEEREAS, tile City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution
No. 77R-95, nunc pro tune, to reflect the proper rezoning of the
Property upon which action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, 'EH IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby, Resolution
No. 77R-95, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the zoning reclassifica-
tion as hereinafter set forth:

and incorporated in "RM-1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE-FAMILY
ZONE
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that excePt to the extent amended
by this Resolution, Resolution No. 77R-95 shall rel unchanged
and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approve and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th Ctay of September
1977.
