A RESOLUTUON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE
COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, on January 20,
1959, enter into an agreement with the Orange County Flood
Control District whereby the City obtained the right to use
certain District property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
said agreement to extend the term thereof; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Modification of
Agreement," dated September 20, 1977 has been prepared
whereby the term of said Agreement is extended for a period
of twenty -five years, said twenty -five years commencing
September 20, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Modification are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Modification on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27n day of
