RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 626
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R -673 AND
CREATING THE NEW JOB CLASS OF NEW BUSINESS
REPRESENTATIVE.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 14, 1977 that the new class of New Business
Representative be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R -673
which established rates of pay for classes represented by the Inter-
national Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creation of this class is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the new job class of New Business Representative
be established and allocated to the compensation schedule effective
September 16, 1977 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended
Resolution No. 76R -673 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
