1977-619RESOLUTION NO. 77R -619 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON- MENT OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public Services Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq. Government Code) in connection with the vacation and abandonment of public service easements; and WHEREAS, the City Council did, by resolution duly posted and published, give notice of its intention to abandon the follow- ing described public service easement (hereinafter "Easement to wit: That portion of that certain easement for ingress and egress located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in deed recorded March 23, 1977 in Book 2115, pages 136 and 137, Official Records, described as follows: An easement for ingress and egress over, along and across a strip of land 20 feet wide lying within that portion of Parcel One as shown on a map recorded in Book 85, page 21, Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Parcel 1, said point being on a curve concave south erly and having a radius of 1445.00 feet, said point being located 176.35 feet through a central angle of 6° 59' 33" along said curve from the most southerly southwest corner of said Parcel 1, a radial line to said point bears N 20° 42' 40" E; thence N 20° 42' 40" E, 6.03 feet; thence N 1° 23' 00" E, 329.58 feet; to the point of terminus of that portion of said ease- ment to be abandoned; and WHEREAS, on the 13th day of September, 1977, a public hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed abandonment; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find from the evidence submitted to it, that said Easement is un- necessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and abandon- ment of said Easement. -1- 77 -1A BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of the City of Anaheim to be recorded in the Office of the County Re- corder of Orange County, California. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of September, 1977.
