RESOLUTION NO. 77R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 76R -279 REGARDING THE ESTABLISHING
OF FEES FOR PARAMEDIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 1976, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim approved Resolution No. 76R -279
which established fees for Paramedic Service provided by the
City throughout the Anaheim area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to rescind said
Resolution No. 76R -279.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby
rescind Resolution No. 76R -279, dated May 25, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day
of September 1977.
