A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, said agreement was
the Agency and the City dated
WHEREAS, changed conditions
of that relationship; and
superseded by an agreement
April 1, 1975; and
necessitate a further modi-
WHEREAS, a revised agreement has been prepared to
the relationship as modified; and
define
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to and in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement be, and they are hereby, accepted by the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby, directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
