1977-600RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 600
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -486
RELATING TO SANITATION CHARGES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 77R -486 establishing
sanitation charges within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest, convenience
and welfare to amend said Resolution in the manner herein-
after set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of. Anaheim that subparagraph (e) of pararra 1
of Resolution No. 77R -486 be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"(e) For any premises used for a single family
dwelling or in any duplex, double house or
apartment house to which a sewer main is
not available, the sum of two dollars and
twenty- seven cents per month for each
dwelling' served by individual barrel
containers and /or the sum of two dollars
and two cents per month for each dwelling
unit served by bulk containers (3 cubic
yard bins)."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as specifically
amended herein, Resolution No. 77R -486 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6thday of September 1977.
