1977-599WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to acquire
certain real property for the widening of Euclid Street; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
California Towel and Linen Supply Company convey certain
property in exchange for certain undertakings by City; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
me this 6th day of September 1977.
