1977-591WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of an Environ-
mental Impact Report for the widening of Brookhurst Street between
Guinida and Katella Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Westec Services, Inc., is able to provide said
Environmental Impact Report; and
WHERES, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby aPproved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the i.layor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 30th day
of August 1977.
