A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT OF JULY 1, 1976,
WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR COMMUNITY NOISE
ENFORCEMENT DEMONSTRATION SERVICE; AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the County of
Orange have previously entered into an Agreement dated
July 1, 1976, for provision of enumerated health enforcement
services by the County Health Officer within the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend said Agreement
to provide for community noise enforcement demonstration
services to assist the City of Anaheim in defining enforce-
ment services desired under said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared whereby the County Health Officer will provide
community noise enforcement demonstration services, if
requested by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Amendment
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to executed said agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 30th day of August 1977.
