RESOLUTION NO. 77R-588
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
MAGNOLIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT PROVIDING
FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TERM AND ADDITIONAL COM-
PENSATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Magnolia Elementary
School District entered into an Agreement to make available Public
Services Employment to residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said Agreement to provide for changing the term thereof to July 1,
1976, through September 30, 1978, and to provide for additional
compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of a Second Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim
and the Magnolia Elementary School District dated June 25, 1976, as
amended, providing for amendment of the term thereof to July 1,
1976, through September 30, 1978, and for additional compensation,
be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Second Amendment to Agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of August 1977.
