A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
90R-8, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 2, 1990, adopt
Resolution No. 90R-8 relating to the zoning variance of portions
of certain property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 90R-8,
be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the
legal description of that certain property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to read as
follows, to wit:
THE WEST 220.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200.00 FEET, MEASURED ALONG THE
WESTERLY AND SOUTHERLY LINES OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 54, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST,
IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK S1, PAGE 7 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION THEREOF LYING WESTERLY AND
SOUTHERLY OF THE EASTERLY AND NORTHERLY LINES OF THE LAND CONVEYED
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR STREET WIDENING PURPOSES BY DEED
RECORDED MARCH 25, 19S4, IN BOOK 2695, PAGE 515 OF OFFICIAL
RECORDS.
AND
THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 54, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO SAN
JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK S1,
PAGE 7 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
PARCEL NO. 4, AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK 10, PAGE 37 OF
PARCEL MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.

THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO SAN
JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51,
PAGE 7 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
PARCEL NO. 3 AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK 10, PAGE 37 OF PARCEL
MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY.
AND
THE EASTERLY 295.34 FEET OF THE SOUTH 10.00 ACRES OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH,
RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN

RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
Section 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Resolution
No. 90R-8 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22rid day of Nay , 1990.
