WHEREAS, Pacific Drive-In Theaters, Inc., is in need
of additional parking spaces for the operation of their facility
from time to time; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has available parking
spaces at the Anaheim Stadium for use by Pacific Drive-In
Theaters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement has been Prepared and
reviewed by staff to permit the use of the Anaheim Stadium as
additional parking for Pacific Drive-In Theaters, Inc., for a
period of five years, the terms and conditions of which are sat-
isfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
the City of Anaheim that the
amended agreement permitting
use parking space at Anaheim
be, and the same are hereby,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
