A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CON-
NECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 697
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 65R -413 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 697 on June 8, 1965, by Resolution No. 65R -413; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
conditional use permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 697 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 65R -413 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of August, 1977.
