A RESOLUTION OF TEL CITY COUNCIL O F THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
ME NT T SERVICE EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Services Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq. Government
Code) in connection with the vacation and abandonment of public
service easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by resolution duly posted
and published, give notice of its intention to abandon the follow-
ing described public service easement (hereinafter "Basement
to wit:
That portion of an existing equestrian trail located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, lying within Tract No. 9333, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 390, Pages 48 through
50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Those portions of those certain easements, shown on a
map of Tract No. 9333 filed in Book 390, pages 48, 49
and 50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, as being equestrian trail easements dedicated
to the City of Anaheim which lie within Lot 1, Lots 4
through 12, inclusive, and Lots 14 and 15 of said
Tract No. 9333; and
WHEREAS on the 9th day of August, 1977, a public hearing
was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning
said proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find from the evidence submitted to it, that said Easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and abandonment
of said Easement.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
she is hereby, authorized and directed_ to
of this Resolution and Order, attested by
the City of Anaheim to be recorded in the
corder of Orange County, California.
