A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAJ ASSOCIATES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of
engineering services for preparation of construction
plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Engineering Services" (hereinafter Agreement) has been
prepared whereby Willdan Associates will provide such
engineering services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby accepted and
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 9th day of August 1977.
