A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 76 -77 -32
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -120 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Reclassification No.
76 -77 -32 on February 22, 1977, by Resolution No. 77R -120; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said reclassification proceedings at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification No. 76 -77 -32 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 77R -120 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of August, 1977.
