1977-544WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of professional
services for the construction of electricity energy and demand,
forecasting models, a long term forecast and associated training
and data; and
WHEREAS, Economic Sciences Corporation is qualified to
provide such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Economic
Sciences Corporation will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on be-
half of the City of Anaheim.
