A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERNS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim intends to establish the
Summer Murals Project funded with Community Development Block
Grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the basic purpose of the program is to employ
low income youth in the painting of murals in the Block Grant
Target Area; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to employ an in-
structor to train and supervise these young people; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to employ an instructor has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of that agreement with William Tapia are hereby accepted
and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of August 1977.
