1977-538A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R -736 AND
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR UTILITIES
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated July 20, 1977 that the new job class of Utilities Field
Superintendent be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R -736
which established rates of compensation for Management positions, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creating this new job class is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R -736 be and is, hereby, amended to
establish this new job class effective July 22, 1977 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended
Resolution No. 76R -736 shall remain in full force and effect.
