1977-529WHEREAS, the Orange Unified School District
(hereinafter "District and the City of Anaheim are the
joint owners and operators of a certain swimming pool located
on District property; and
WHEREAS, a joint powers agreement has heretofore
been entered into by District and City relating to the use of
said pool; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the District and the
City of Anaheim to amend said agreement to establish a coor-
dinated aquatic program for the joint use of said pool by the
District and the City; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
amendment to agreement between the City of Anaheim and the
Orange Unified School District be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of July 1977.
