1977-225WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of
architectural services in connection with the study,
analysis and design of a proposed Civic Center Complex; and
WHEREAS, Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Inc. and
Le Roy Rose and Associates, as a joint venture, are quali-
fied to render such architectural services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement containing the terms and
conditions of employment of said joint venture as architects
for such services has been submitted and is satisfactory to
the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
to execute said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain agreement this day
submitted between Dan L. Rowland and Associates and Le Roy
Rose and Associates, as a joint venture, and the City of
Anaheim be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of April 1977.
