A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AJAX= APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT wITB
CEDRIC A. WHITE FOR APPRNISAL SERVICES 2ND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of appraisal
services relating to the appraisal of land to be used as a Fire
Training Facility; and
WHEREAS, Cedric A. White, Jr., M.A.I., is able to provide
such services; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement dated February 25, 1977, has
been submitted whereby Cedric A. White, Jr. will provide such ap-
praisal services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said letter agree-
ment are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
letter agreement (dated February 25, 1977) on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of April 1977.
