RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 215
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF STANTON FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS ON
CERRITOS AVENUE BETWEEN MAGNOLIA AND DALE
STREET AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Stanton is proposing to construct
certain roadway improvements on Cerritos Avenue from Magnolia
Avenue to Dale Street; and
WHEREAS, portions of the proposed improvements are lo-
cated within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim considers it to be in the
best interests of the City to combine all of the aforesaid im-
provements into one project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Stanton has offered to design,
construct and inspect said portions of the improvements located
within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared for the per-
formance of said services by the City of Stanton, and the terms
and conditions of said agreement are acceptable to the City of
Anaheim.
