1977-214WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim on
the 7th day of December, 1976, did authorize the acceptance of
a Director's Deed from the State of California (NELY OF RTE 5
FWY., WLY OF HARBOR BLVD.); and
WHEREAS, by inadvertence City Council did authorize
by Resolution No. 76R -790 the acceptance of a grant of easement;
and
WHEREAS, said Director's Deed No. DD 001097 -01 -01 was
a grant in fee; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to rescind Resolution No. 76R-
790 and approve this resolution authorizing and directing the
acceptance of a Director's Deed in fee from the State of
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept,
that certain Director's Deed No. DD 001097 -01 -01 granting a fee
to the City of Anaheim covering the area that was inadvertently
excluded in the original deed from the State to the City, located
North of Ball Road and West of Harbor Boulevard, Northeasterly
of the Santa Ana Freeway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 76R -790 be
and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
