RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 213
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVI-
RONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
(Environmental Impact Profiles [EIP])
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a subsequent
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Civic Center; and
WHEREAS, Environmental Impact Profiles is able to provide
said EIR; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Environ-
mental Impact Profiles will prepare said subsequent EIR; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of March 1977.
