RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 212
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING. THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND LA BELLE CONSULTANTS
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of testing
and engineering analysis and recommendations for rehabilitation
of streets in connection with the construction of Broadway,
Euclid, and certain other streets within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, La Belle Consultants is qualified, able, and
of performing said services for the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Consultants will perform the aforesaid services for
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and La Belle Consultants for the
performance of certain engineering services as specifically
described in said agreement be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of March 1977.
