1977-211WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
consultant for certain recruitment services; and
WHEREAS, Heidrick and Struggles, Inc., is
to perform said recruitment services; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement has been prepared,
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
qualified
the terms
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions
of a letter agreement employing Heidrick and Struggles, Inc.,
to perform recruitment services be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 29th day of March 1977.
