1977-208WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance No.
2458, in part, on November 27, 1972, by Resolution No. PC72 -318;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Variance for the reason that it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
Variance No. 2458 be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2458 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and de-
claring Resolution No. PC72 -318 null and void.
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of March, 1977.
