RESOLUTION NO. 77R-207
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
262.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 262 on July 9, 1962, by Resolution No. 397, Series
1962-63; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Conditional Use Permit for the reason that it is no longer
needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
Conditional Use Permit No. 262 be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 262 be, and the same is hereby, termina-
ted and declaring Resolution No. 397, Series 1962-63 null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd clay of March, 1977.
