RESOLUTION NO. 77R 195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE EXECUTION OF A DEED TO CONVEY CERTAIN
EXCESS CITY OWNED PROPERTY ON THE WEST
SIDE OF GLASSELL STREET, SOUTH OF FRONTERA.
WHEREAS, the City is the fee owner of approximately
2,114 square feet of property acquired from the State Division
of Highways and County of. Orange; and
WHEREAS, the City has no further use for said property;
WHEREAS, said property has been appraised of having a
value of .$1.00 per square foot; and
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an offer for purchase
of said property from the Income Property Services who owns the
adjacent property for the sum of $1.00 per square foot; and
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a check for the
amount of $2,114.00 from Income Property Services for said property;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to convey said parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Deed
to convey the property located on the West Side of Glassell
Street, South of Frontera owned by the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed /by me
this 22nd day of March 1977.
